Amuse - Truffled Polenta & wild mushroom ragout
Salad - Arugula served w/ roast beets, crispy goat cheese, shaved red onion. Tossed in a honey balsamic vinaigrette.
Entree - Choice of Grilled Beef Tenderloin, whipped parsnips, and peppercorn gastrique OR Seared scallops, fennel risotto, and vanilla beurre blanc.
Dessert - Mission Flan, topped with fig compote and ginger whipped cream.
