We’ll have music and a $50 four course meal - seatings at 6:30 PM and 8:30 PM - which includes a glass of our sparkling Cava Brut.
Chef’s Menu:
Amuse: Grilled Hoisen Glazed Oysters
First Course: Pan Seared Atlantic Salmon, braised winter greens with raisins and a saffron tomato broth.
Second Course: Wild Boar Ragout with curried walnuts, apple, and shaved red onion and arugula.
Third Course: Pan Roasted Lamb Loin, Merguez sausage and wild mushroom stuffing with roasted barley pilaf.
Dessert: Brown Ale Gingerbread with apple ice cream and vanilla anglaise.
We are also serving our regular menu — until midnight, as usual!!
